TAOYI (7-type pigment 760~850C) crystal glass mosaic pigment

  bright in color within the recommended baking temperature range

Decoration method: direct screen printing or brush, spraying.
Temperature: firing up to 780-850 degrees, depend on the time cycle, most cycle 50-80 minutes.
Mixing: cadmium colors  G311 , generally do not have to adjust other colors added. Other colors with a wide range of mixed.
Base white material:
9213 transparency toner, to get fresh diluted color.

9393 base white, good coverage.

902 the sand frosting white

Medium:

The medium 8012 is in powder(easy transport and storage for export market), before use, to dilute it with 10-15 times water, can get the liquid medium. The medium 50% ratio with the color powder, good mixed can get paste to screen printing.

803B oil medium is oil based, add about 50%ratio with base white, to get good stick with the glass, this only use in china for 8mm mosaic.

Mixing to paste

The powder pigment mix liquid medium, normally use triplet roller machine, if no this machine, to make sure no powder particle is necessary, can use the stainless net.

The base white mix medium, can only be stirred.
